One-Hour Initial Physical Examination

Chronic Disease Management
Ongoing care for conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, and heart disease.
Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT)
Hands-on treatment using adjustment and soft tissue techniques to improve function and relieve pain.
Hormone Testing & Management
Evaluation and treatment of hormone changes associated with aging and related symptoms.
Dry Needling, Cupping & Myofascial Release
Targeted therapies to reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and support recovery.
Men’s Health Visits
Management for low testosterone and ED, as well as other related men’s health conditions.
Well Woman Visits
Preventive care visits including routine exams and Pap smears. Focused on screening, education, and long-term women’s health.
Skin Biopsies
In-office evaluation and biopsy of concerning skin lesions. Allows for early detection and appropriate follow-up when needed.
Sports & School Physicals
Physical exams for sports participation and school requirements. Completed efficiently with attention to safety and readiness.
Lifestyle Change Support
Medical support for weight loss, smoking cessation, and healthy habit changes.
Joint Injections
Therapeutic injections for knee and shoulder pain. Used to reduce inflammation, improve mobility, and relieve discomfort.
EKG
In-office electrocardiogram testing to assess heart rhythm and function. Useful for evaluation of symptoms and routine monitoring.
Telehealth Visits
Convenient virtual visits for appropriate medical concerns. Allows access to care without the need to come into the office.
